4. Service Fees & Payments

  • Service fees are outlined in our agreements and must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
  • Government fees (such as filing, biometric, or medical costs) are separate and non-refundable.
  • Late payments may attract penalties and interest charges.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

FrontierCC will provide professional support to maximize your chances of success, but final immigration decisions are made solely by government authorities. We cannot guarantee approvals, processing times, or specific outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, and documents—is the property of FrontierCC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written permission.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is handled in strict confidence and in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays, rejections, or costs arising from inaccurate information provided by clients or external government decisions. Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fees paid to FrontierCC.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts (excluding DIFC).
