Refund Policy

Frontier Client Careers Visa Services L.L.C-FZ (“FrontierCC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) maintains the following refund policy to ensure transparency:

1. Full Refunds

A full refund will only be issued if incorrect written advice or consultation from FrontierCC directly results in the rejection of your case.

2. No Refunds

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • The application is rejected by government authorities for reasons beyond our control.
  • The client cancels services before completion.
  • Government or embassy fees are paid (these are non-refundable under any circumstances).

3. Partial Refunds

  • In exceptional cases, FrontierCC may provide up to a 50% partial refund if services cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond both parties’ control.
  • Clients who switch programs before service fulfillment may also be eligible for up to a 50% refund, subject to approval.

4. Non-Reimbursable Costs

All payments made to government authorities, embassies, and third-party agencies are strictly non-refundable.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 30-90 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
